Bala Watersports is an adventure and watersports centre based on the shore of Llyn Tegid, the largest natural lake in Wales.
Kayaks, Canoes and windsurfs can be hired. There is also a full range of sailing boats available for hire. And for those looking for a more relaxed scenario there are rowing boats and pedalos for hire too. All launch fees and safety cover are included in the prices and all hires are available 7 days a week, from 10am till 4pm.
Bala Watersports also has some of the most qualified and experienced coaches in Britain, with all the latest equipment. The full spectrum of courses is offered, from half day taster course to fully accredited training courses (RYA and BCU).

Surf-Lines is an adventure sports shop based on the shore of Llyn Padarn in Llanberis, Snowdonia. The shop specialises in canoe and kayak equipment sales for beginners and experts alike.
They stock a great range of sit-on-top kayaks from Ocean Kayak, Native Watercraft and Islander, plus an extensive selection of touring kayaks from Dagger and Pyranha.
Sea kayakers have access to a wide range of models from Valley and Dagger - the lakeshore base is the perfect venue to try out the fleet.
White water paddlers and open canoeists are also well-catered for, with a range of boats from suppliers such as Dagger, Liquid Logic, Pyranha, Old Town and Mad River.

Located in the popular surfing village of Abersoch, West Coast Surf is a well established and popular surf shop. It stocks a large range of watersports kit - surfboards and bodyboards, wetsuits for all shapes and seasons and wetsuit accessories. They also have a large range of surfboards from O'Shea, FireWire, Rip Curl, Maurice Cole, DHD, JP, Circle One, Bic Surfboards, Hifly, Santa Cruz & Resin 8 Surfboards. Surfboards and wetsuits are also available for hire, with special discounts available for week bookings and group rates too.
The shop runs a useful and much referenced surf conditions report and web cam for the key surfing site: Porth Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth) on its website. It also organises surfing competitions on the local beaches and holds a selection of demo boards.
